  • KIDS YOGA 8 WEEK TERM PASSES

    Yoga Maya’s Kids Yoga classes run each Monday during the school term from 3:45pm - 4:30pm for children aged 4- 9, exploring movement and mindfulness in a safe and caring learning space. Our classes encourage body and breath awareness are non-competitive, fun, and play-based promoting confidence, social-emotional development, concentration, and resilience.

    Our approach is underpinned by trauma- sensitive evidence-based practices helping your child increase strength and flexibility of mind and body.

    Children learn that their breath is always with them and can be their best friend. All children are welcome.

  • TWEENS YOGA 8 WEEK TERM PASSES

    Each Monday at 4:45pm - 5:30pm Yoga Maya's Tweens yoga classes teach movement and mindfulness for school children ages 10 and up, promoting profound methods of self-care at an age when their adult perspectives are newly forming.

    Tweens will learn the importance of mental health and physical wellness with accessible yoga practices that have positive impacts on brain development and nervous system regulation.

    Through breathing and active-rest relaxation techniques, mindful yoga-based movements, games, and reflective practices students are empowered with a tool-kit for physical, social and emotional health and wellness
