Join us for a seated meditation class and dip into your inner world and senses. 
We will be offering a guidance practice of meditation and mindful release. Our daily lives are so busy, with so many changes and challenges, we find our selves feeling tired, stressed and promising our selves saying "when I have finished this project, or finish this job, or the kids are at school, etc, I do this for myself" but do we, no something else comes up?
It is time to restore your mind and body, meditation can help you return back to feeling clear, stable, lighter hearted, stronger, focus and a better decisions maker. 
We hope from meditation, you learn life tools to deal with those challenges mentioned above

We have limited numbers available, so book early. 

What You Need: Please bring a cushion to sit on, for people who need to sit on a chair, we have some chairs available.
