New Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Saturdays 11am to 12pm
Tammy and Shona will be running these classes, they are both mothers and qualified pregnancy yoga teachers, have had expert training and have lots of experienced.
We teach and understand the safest and best ways to practice yoga while being pregnant, we know and teach the benefits of practicing safe yoga while being pregnancy.
Our pregnancy yoga classes includes various yoga poses to strengthen various parts of the body before, during and after pregnancy such as the back, pelvic floor and the core.
